CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday's and Wednesday's 5:30 PM-6:30PM (kids)

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Adults)

Saturday's 9:45 AM-10:45 AM (Kids)

10:50-12:00 Noon (Adults)

CONDITIONING

Kyokushin is the ultimate in physical conditioning-it combines the benefits of aerobics, weight training, running, and swimming. It improves your cardiovascular system, increases muscular strength and tone, and develops flexibility and coordination. In a matter of weeks in training, you will have a renewed feeling and appearance of health and fitness.

POINT & SEMI-CONTACT

Point contact is introduced to children as a safe way to develop good fighting/self defense skills.

Semi-Contact is a step above geared towards young teens and selective adults to enhance their fighting/self defense skills. (protective gear is used in point and semi fighting)

SELF-DEFENSE

Urban living makes personal safety everyone's concern. Men and women, young and old, have found Kyokushin Karate to be an effective personal solution to the hazards of developing city's and surrounding areas. You will learn practical techniques, developed through years of experiance, which are likely to be effective in street situations.

KNOCKDOWN

Full contact fighting prepares an individual for real life situations. The way you train, is the way you react, the way you react, is the way you fight. That's the difference of Kyokushin karate. Real contact in a safe environment of preparation, for actual situations in life.

KATA

Kata is the formal excercise of pre arranged patterns to develop, timing, form and balance.

Strong technique comes from the practice of good kata training.
